Project overview
Fast and Free is a podcast by running coach and sports psychotherapist Brant Stachel, focused on the mental side of running and performance, blending sports psychology with practical, real-world insights. Through my support, Brant was able to learn the basics and systems required to launch and produce his own podcast. During initial development, I supported the show as an end-to-end content partner, helping shape the production workflow, manage recording and editing, and turn each episode into a cohesive content ecosystem.

Beyond editing full podcast episodes, I repurposed recordings into short-form video clips and social content designed for platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Each piece was edited with clarity and pacing in mind, preserving nuance while making complex ideas easy to engage with. The result was a streamlined system that allowed the podcast to publish consistently while extending the life and reach of every episode across multiple channels for the Fast & Free.

Brant now has the skills and systems in place to continue pursuing his podcast, as well as doing his own YouTube channel with high-performing short-form content.
